Coaching Feels like a commitment to be a better parent and it feels good!  Liz B.  Boston, MA

Before I started working with Beth I had very little confidence in my parenting abilities, so much so that I didn’t want to think about it. Now, since working with her to identify my parenting goals and strategies to achieve those goals, I’m in a much better place and so are my children. She has a very warm and non-judgemental way about her that made it easy for me to be honest with her which allowed me to take small, but important action steps I needed to take. She gave me a lot of helpful tips and suggestions that have greatly improved both my confidence as a parent as well as my relationship with my children. I would highly recommend her services to any parents.

Because of the incredible amount of time and energy I spend on my son’s special needs, I did not have high expectations for achieving “my dreams”.

Beth has been able to shed a light on them for me which has shifted my daily focus little by little towards my personal goals and on the positives in my life. She has also helped me approach some of my obstacles by breaking them down into baby steps which has made them less overwhelming. At the end of our sessions together, I am always feeling more hopeful and energized to move forward.

Beth helped me become a more confident parent through her coaching services. With her help and guidance I am closer with my children, I parent more effectively and am so much more relaxed around them. She helped me gain control over my sons video game addiction. she provided me with skills to understand the emotions my daughter was feeling as a pre-adolescent and how to help her (and me) cope with those emotions. I really have no words that can express the gratitude I feel for her services as a parent coach.  Michael S., Boston, MA

I considered myself a relatively confident parent. But quickly after starting to work with Beth, I realized how wonderful it was to have that outside support. She is an invaluable sounding board that we all deserve.
Now I consider my most daunting parenting moments as opportunities for growth and part of the deliciousness of parenting.

There is nothing I love more in this world than my children! My oldest suffers from ADHD, and depression. Beth helped me to build a “toolbox” of strategies to help our family with this challenge. She was able to help me let go of my constant worry and kindly challenged me on the purpose of my anxiety, reminding me that these feelings, although valid, serve no purpose. I now visualize my son as a happy, competent, young man, offering me hope and freedom from constant worry. Beth is kind, warm, challenging and gentle.

Working with Beth was a fantastic and life changing experience. She helped me embrace and attain my dream of being a stay at home mom with my 2 year old. I wasn’t living my dream because I was too scared to make the leap.
Beth gave me the gentle nudge and the thoughtful, kind words I needed. I am happier than I have ever been.
